E-tickets

The tickets you buy on butik.teatrwielki.pl will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.

You may either print your e-ticket or show it on your smartphone when entering the opera house.

Pick up your orders in store

To skip the shipping cost, you may collect your online purchases at the opera house’s Moniuszko Lounge:

You will receive an e-mail letting you know when your purchases are ready for pickup. In any case, this will be within 3 working days after PayU informs us that your payment has been processed successfully.

Shipping cost  

We ship to Poland only.

Your purchases will be mailed within 3 working days from the day PayU informs us that your payment has been processed successfully.

Delivery: 1–5 working days from the date of mailing

UPS
Cost: PLN 24.00

Delivery: On the the day following the date of mailing.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm.
