The controller of the personal data provided by Buyers is Teatr Wielki - Opera Narodowa, with its seat at plac Teatralny 1, 00-950 Warsaw, Poland.

The Boutique takes great care to protect the privacy of its users and the security of their personal information. We use appropriate technological solutions to stop any third parties from interfering with the privacy of our users. 

The personal data obtained from the Buyers and data collected automatically are processed according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Dz.U. 2017 item 1219 as amended). Users have the right to access their data, have them rectified, restrict their processing, or have them deleted. A user who has agreed to the processing of their data may withdraw that consent at any time.

When the Buyer enters into a contract with the Theatre, the Theatre transfers the Buyer's personal data to PayU, allowing PayU to use the data to process the Buyer's payment and to perform all duties set out in law and related to processing the payment. 

Any customer who has disclosed their personal data to us has the right to unrestricted access their data as well as to have them rectified, restrict their processing, or have them deleted.
