TICKET REFUNDS IN THE 2022/2023 SEASON

 

How to get a ticket refund:

  • Refunds on tickets purchased online and paid for using PayU will be credited to the account which was used to make the original payment, which means you do not need to contact us to get the refund. If you would like the refund to be made to a prepaid card, please fill in and submit (>>>The Prepaid Card refund application). The refunds will be made successively, within 30 days of the performance date.

 

  • To obtain a refund on tickets purchased at the physical Box Office and paid for in cash or by card, please fill in and submit(>>> Ticket refund request form) (if you would like the money to be credited to your bank account), or the (>>>The Prepaid Card refund application) (if you would like the refund to be made to a prepaid card). You may also get the refund in person at the Box Office.

 

  • All prepaid cards remain valid until 31st December 2022.

 

  • If your have already exchanged a voucher for a ticket for any of the cancelled performances, you will be entitled to swap it for a ticket to any of our performances in the 2022/23 season.

 

 

The following ticket refund policy applies in the 2022/23 season:

  • You may request a ticket refund up until 3 days before the performance date (excluding the actual day of the show), either online (>>> Ticket refund request form) or at the physical Box Office.

  • After the three-day mark but before the day of the show, refunds will be made to prepaid cards only, which you may request online (>>>The Prepaid Card refund application) or at the physical Box Office.

  • No refunds are made on the performance date.

  • You can obtain a refund on a group ticket (more than 15 tickets) up until 3 days before the performance date.

The box office in the main lobby:
open Tuesday-Sunday: 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

The Boutique and box office in the opera house’s left wing:
open every day: 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

On the day of the spectacle: one hour before the event, the Boutique is open only to viewers who have a ticket for the show.

PRODUCTS COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

The Boutique makes sure to sell products that are free of any faults.

If you would like to complain about a faulty or damaged product, please deliver the product along with your complaint letter and receipt or VAT invoice to:

The letter should contain: 

  • your address and telephone number, 
  • order number, 
  • description of the fault/damage, 
  • your request for remedy.

We will handle your complaint and get back to you by e-mail within 14 days of receiving your letter and the product.

Returns

According to Polish consumer protection regulations, in the case of distance or online selling, consumers may cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered without giving a reason for cancelling.

To cancel your order, please send us a cancellation letter to butik@teatrwielki.pl or deliver it to:

You must deliver the purchase you have cancelled within 14 days of the date of mailing your cancellation letter along with the VAT invoice to the address above.

Please note that the right to cancel the order does not apply to audio and visual recordings and/or software delivered in sealed packing if the packing has been unsealed after the delivery.
